PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY:
Factory authorization number must be obtained in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason, or our Receiving Department will not accept return shipment(s). Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the original delivery date. Once items are decorated, no returns will be accepted unless items are determined by the factory to have been received as damaged by the factory or misprinted. Blank non-sample returns will have a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:
Production time may fluctuate due to the product, season, inventory, etc. An estimated ship date is provided after we receive proof approval from the client.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx. We apologize, however we will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express, DHL and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require expedited shipping, please call us at 800-930-4954 for estimated charges that are subject to change.

All packaging and carton quantities are approximate. They are subject to change without notice. Packaging will vary according to quantities ordered. Please contact your rep for shipping quotes.

Due to the volume of orders shipped daily, adjustments to ship methods MUST be received 2 days before scheduled ship date or changes cannot be guaranteed. Shipping methods on orders SHIPPING EARLY will not be adjusted to meet in hands date.

Z Promotions will not be responsible for lost or damaged products by the freight carrier or for the tracking of products shipped by U.S. Mail.

C.O.D. shipments not available.

International Shipping
For international shipments (including Puerto Rico), the consignee is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment.

For shipments with a declared value of $2,500 or more, a Shipper's Export Declaration (or Electronic Export Information) will need to be submitted to customs.

Certain products cannot ship outside the U.S. and Canada permitted territories.

Z Promotions is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipment delays or air freight shipment delays beyond our immediate control.

Third-Party and Freight Collect

There will be an additional charge per order when electing not to ship on Z Promotions’ account. Insurance must be handled by the consignee. If any selected third-party freight collect fee gets charged back to Z Promotions and/or its vendors, these charges will be billed separately to your third-party account. Z Promotions shall also invoice you for a third-party chargeback fee. If Z Promotions is unable to re-bill these amounts to your third-party account, Z Promotions will invoice you for the third-party freight collect fee at the applicable published rates, along with a third-party chargeback fee and any and all fees and costs associated therewith.

POWER BANKS: Due to modifications to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the corresponding change to the UN Classification for power banks Z Promotions may only offer air shipment via UN 3480 Packing instruction 965 Section 1B(Cargo Aircraft Only). These shipments are subject to higher freight rates and an additional per carton processing fee.

PRODUCTS REGULATED AS OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) DRUGS OR COSMETICS: Those products that fall into this category are not eligible for shipment to any foreign country due to the wide range of regulations around the world. Many nations have their own requirements for facility registration, product listing and labeling of this category. Examples of OTC Drug products: Hand Sanitizer, Sunscreen, and Lip Balm with SPF. Examples of Cosmetics: Lip Moisturizer, Lip Gloss, Shampoo, etc.

SANITIZERS and Other Flammable Items: Alcohol based hand sanitizers are considered hazardous materials due to their flammability, and as such are subject to the regulations of the US Department of Transportation (domestic ground and air shipments) and International Air Transportation Association (IATA - international air shipments), with the US DoT regulations located in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Air shipments of these items will be subject to a processing fee per carton, as each carton must be declared, labeled, and shipped separately. Ground shipments do not require special declarations and can ship multiple packages in one shipment, and thus will not be subject to any additional processing fees; however, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via air, as ground shipments still have to board a plane to reach their final destination. Due to variations in hazardous material regulations around the globe, Z Promotions does not ship alcohol-based sanitizers internationally. MUGS/GLASS/CERAMICS: To ensure safe delivery for ceramic mugs/glass/ceramics a Protective-Pack box may be used. Our Protective-Pack cartons are approved by UPS and Federal Express. In the event that you decline the use of our Protective-Pack box or specify a carrier other than UPS or Federal Express, it is understood that Z Promotions WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREAKAGE CLAIMS. Pricing for Protective-Packs will be provided at the time of quoting.

DROP SHIPMENTS: Orders shipped to more than one destination are subject to a handling charge for each additional destination.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Shipping estimates are provided upon request, however are subject to change. Final shipping charges are provided at the time of invoicing based on current market rates.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged the current tax rate of their county.
